In 1963 Charles Hoke began distributing and providing direct factory representation for several manufacturers of hydraulic components in Milwaukee WI.   At that time, the primary product lines were hydraulic pumps, cylinders, oil coolers, and hose assemblies.

 

In June of 1967 Charlie Hoke decided it was wise to incorporate, so Hoke, Incorporated was born.  The company’s primary function was, and still is, to function as a direct factory sales agent for manufacturers of hydraulic, electronic, and power transmission components for mobile equipment.  Hoke, Inc. also functioned as a distributor for similar products for some manufacturers, and we continue to do so today .

 

Over the years, the company has gone through a variety of different owners who have taken the company forward in terms of technologies, product lines, and expanding geography.  Hoke, Inc. is currently owned by Samuel Falzone with main offices in Caledonia IL and a warehouse in Loves Park IL,  both in the Rockford, IL area.

 

The mission of the company has always been and continues to be to provide quality technical sales representation in the upper Midwest of the country for manufacturers of systems and components used in mobile equipment.  We will always strive to provide OEM customers in our territories with quality products at competitive prices with excellent customer service.
